FEATURES
This preset batch controller has all the features to comply with quality assurance certification AS 1379 for water batching. The controller can be used with most pulsed output flowmeters for preset liquid batching applications. The controller incorporates a standard preact (overflow deduct) feature, K-factor adjustment, an optional fifth display digit and a contact drive LED Indicator.
With visual rotary selector switches, batch quantities are easily selected. Command operations are by user friendly toggle switches, and four LED;s indicate operational status conditions. Batch counting for the 4 digit model is in single litres up to 9999,or optionally with decimal point up to 999.9. With the 5 digit version batch counting is increments of 10 litres up to 99990, since the first display digit and fixed selector knob remain zeroed. The controller operates from standard 220-260 VAC or 12-24 VDC voltage supplies. Standard controllers are panel mount form or optional housed in a metal box or IP65 ABS wall mount enclosure.
