Sitrans MAGFLO Electomagnetic Flowmeters offer reliable, precise and inexpensive flow measurement on all electrically conductive liquids. They are available in Flanged or Sandwich design (Flangeless) With a range of liners and electrode materials to suit your application.

MagFlo Meters comprise of two components. A Sensor (Flow Tube) and a Signal Converter (Electronics) available as remote from Sensor or Compact version. That is directly mounted onto Flow Sensor Typical Applications are as follows:

Water, Chemicals, Waste Water Sludge, Dairy & Food Products, Detergents, Acids & Slurries.

                                                                            

SITRANS MAGFLO MAG 5100 W
One solution for all your water applications. The Mag  5100 W with its patented composite elastomer lining is suitable for all water & effluent applications. All you need to do is specify your pipe size and flow range and we supply the rest.  Available in sizes from DN 25 to DN 1200

The compact mount version is shown right with the signal converter (electronics with LCD) mounts directly on to the flow sensor. Remote mount version also available where the sensor is below ground or in a pit or for convenience. Power supply required 240 or 24V.

Extremely easy to install with straight pipe of 5 diameters up stream & 2.5 dia down stream of meter

SITRANS MAGFLO 1100 WAFER STYLE SENSOR                                                                    
 

The MAG 1100 sensor is  flangeless  design and available  in sizes from 6mm to 100mm. Liners are Ceramic or PFA     Sanitary design for CIP / SIP cleaning.


 The MAG 1100 is designed for the general industry environment. The obstructionless performance of the MAG 1100 is unaffected by suspended solids, viscosity, and temperature changes.
SITRANS MAG 5000 / 6000 TRANSMITTER                                                 SITRANS MAGFLO 3100 SENSOR

The Mag 5000 & 6000 series Signal Converter (Transmitter) range in robust IP 67 polyamid enclosures for compact or remote mounting. Display indicates flowrate, totalised values, settings and faults. Multiple function outputs for process control, minimum configuration with analog, pulse/frequency and relay output.

 The MagFlo 3100 sensor has the flexibility in the choice of linings, electrodes and flange material allows the measurement of even the most extreme process media. It offers reliable, precise and inexpensive flow measurement on all electrically conductive liquids. Sizes from 15 mm to 2000mm
