The Modular design of the G2 series allows for the adaption of Output Modules, Sensors and Remote Transmitters. A Local display computer features two Totals, one resettable & one cumulative and flow rate. Factory calibration is in gallons and litres. The electronics are powered by Lithium batteries for approximately 9,000 hours. A range of accessories are available. See below
G2 SERIES INDUSTRIAL TURBINE
G2 Series Turbine Flowmeters are suitable for a wide range of low viscosity applications with fluid temperatures from -40°C to +121°C.. Available in sizes from 1/2" to 2", and materials of construction, Aluminum, Brass, Stainless Steel, with connections of NPT or BSP. ANSI Flanges or Tri Clover fittings also available with stainless steel flowmeter. All meters available with local or remote LCD. Display cumulative total, reset total and rate of flow. Many other options available. ie 4 - 20 mA modules, transmitters etc. See below for details

GPI G2 PVC & PVDF meters available in 1/2" and 1" sizes designed specifically for use with water & mild chemicals. The PVDF meter as shown is designed for aggressive chemicals such as Sulfuric acid and Phosphoric acid. Check your product for compatibility. Both meters fitted with LCD that display's cumulative total, reset Total and Rate of Flow. Flow range for these light and durable flowmeters is 4.5 - 190 lts/min. See Data sheet
Combine the 4-20 mA Module with an Industrial Grade Turbine and Computer Electronics to provide an industry standard analoge signal for connection to a wide variety of chart recorders, display equipment and process control equipment.
This module outputs an analog signal which is directly proportional to the frequency of the digital output. With some simple adjustments, you can scale the module to represent whatever range is desired. Kit comes with circuit, assembly, enclosure and screws.
G2 Meter Remote Mount Kit
The Standard Remote Kit Assembly modifies GPI Electronic Digital Meters for applications in specialized situations including remote indication and high or low fluid temperatures from -40°C to +121°C. This kit also provides the versatility of panel mounting of the LCD readout up to 300 ft. from the turbine housing and sensor. This kit consists of a sensor module, a dustcover assembly and 10 ft. of cable. Requires a complete meter with display.
This module provides an unscaled, amplified, digital signal capable of transmission up to 5,000 ft. There is no need for additional signal conditioning or amplification devices to achieve the desired digital signal. To be used with G2 Turbine only.
The module is factory assembled for Open Collector signal output and operates from an external 9 to 35 volt power source. By changing terminal connections and adding a battery kit, the module provides a self powered 6-volt Square Wave signal.
