BES Turbo-IR Water Meter
The Turbo IR water meter is a great choice for many irrigation applications. The Turbo-IR water meter is is available with a dry Electronic or Mechanical Register and is magnetic coupled to the paddle wheel mechanism. It is suitable for cold water service up to 50 deg C, with a wide variety of sizes available from DN50 up to DN300, to suit a range of different applications. The meter can be installed in any orientation and has a low head loss
The TURBO-IR water meter uses a multi-blade plastic paddle, mounted at the top of the water fluid stream where disturbance from solids suspended in the water is minimal, The paddle wheel design prevents jamming and damage from debris in the fluid stream whilst giving the user a great option of metering water containing up to 30% suspended solids. This economical water meter gives the user good accuracy and is ideal for irrigation and waste water applications.
The Turbo IR water Meter has a ductile iron body and is finished in a green polyester coating. End connections are Flanged AST-D with a pressure rating of 16 bar.
With the Electronic register it has a digital display LCD 4 – 8 digits of flow rate and volume. Pulse output is great for computerised systems and remote readout.
